Electrolux Built In Oven EOB53000

I am looking for a reasonable quality oven to install under the kitchen counter below a gas hob. I believe that there is a difference between under counter ovens and normal built in ovens OR maybe the difference is with the gas hob? Please can someone explain to me the difference.

I like the Electrolux EOB53000, can this be fitted under the counter. Please see installation pic below:

The 200cm2 comment top left of image would indicate to me that there must be 5.5cm of space above an oven 60cm x 60cm. Have I interpreted this correctly? I would have expected to see 200cm3 if I had interpreted this correctly though.......
