Hi , i have done the guttering in floplast half round , my first question is do i have to put any screws in any of the 3 holes on the running outlet as i have it well supported with gutter brackets on either side & to get into the outlet with a screw is really awkward ,

2nd i have to replace down pipe 2. x 3 metre lengths with 2 offsets at the top & 2 offsets on the bottom , any advice on this 6 metre downpipe, how much for expansion & does it matter where
thanks in advance

We always fix all gutter fittings.
FWIW: We fix plastic "down pipes" firmly with clips making no allowance for expansion in residential properties.
However, Mfr's advise a 10mm expansion gap at sockets.

Yes screw the outlet, it's amazing how it will become unlevel even with neighbouring brackets.
