Were currently working in an old farm house and we have to add to the heating circuit, on the existing circuit there is 21 rads and a hot water cylinder.

Now the boiler is sited approx 5m away from the airing cupboard where the C/H pump (25/60) and zone valves are, everything in there is fine and we don't intend touching apart from expansion vessel.

Now my query is, were needing to tee into the flow and return right at the boiler so this is before the pump and zone valves on the existing system to run our new circuit to the large hall/ball room, would I be correct in saying we could add the new pump on the flow pipework along with a zone valve and pipe up the room as normal, would this cause any problems with having the other pump on the existing heating system

Any pointers would be much appreciated
