Fast flow waste for shower tray

Can you get a fast flow waste for a shower tray with a standard 70mm hole or do you have to purchase a tray with a larger hole if you need to have a fast flow waste?

Bought a tray - but don't know if it's any good now as we have very little drop so need the fast flow waste.

A shower has a slow draining rate anyway.

Reroute your waste pipe to give a decent drop and stop faffing about.
