Pretty much as the title.
The rules for a shed over 15m sq requires a 1.0m boundary, this can be broken or ignored which the structure is suitably fire proof.
I had assumed this meant a brick, concrete slab, cement based sheet type structure ONLY.
Reason I ask is my intended 5.0m x 5.0m 44mm cabin wouldn't be acceptable in my width of garden which is 6.8m unless the side on the short boundary is fire retardant.
Does painting it with HR or a suitable certified coating resolve the issue?
