fix a toilet without drilling?

Silicone is best as Stick Like will make toilet pan hard to remove if there is a blockage. Usually a cistern will keep it stable.

But I prefer to fix it with screws for secure, can't you use screws?

Daniel.

In my experience, silicone is not a long term fix for a toilet. Especially if the people using it are of a more portly nature. It will eventually come loose, putting strain on the cistern connections.

Bite the bullet, use new tile drills to drill the tiles and then secure with nice and shiny brass screws.

+1. Sticking a pan down is a bodge really.
