fixing 6ft x 3ft panels to concrete posts

hi, im erecting 7ft concrete posts but only putting in 3ft high fence panels, this is because fence is being erected alongside an existing brick wall, how does one fix the panels to the concrete posts(to stop them sliding to the ground), do i drill and use angled brackets or is their a different way, thankyou

easiest way is to carefully drill them and use an anchor bolt. this will stop it sliding down further, or you can insert a timber batten in the lower part of the slot for the panel to rest on if you dont fancy drilling them. Not all posts fair well when drilled, it depends who makes them.(hope that makes sense)
 
You could put concrete gravel boards under the panels.

PS sorry just read your post again and realise panels are to be high up.
