Yup, it should be, if your concerned just make sure you drive the plugs securely into blockwork and size the screws correctly

!No mate, it used to be where the vertical rad is now and my mate (the sparks) had to drop down a ring main to the new spot... I think it gave him grief as the air was blue

Have a search for Dryline pro, they are designed for this type of job and work really well. I used them a lot in my previous house with thermalise block and dot and dab walls.
