Fixing Noisey Transom Window

Hi all,

I'm new here so please be gentle, we have just moved into a house with a window above the bathroom door that is made of plastic. (See pic) Unfortunately whenever anyone closes a door upstairs or even walks into the adjacent bedroom the plastic wrattles and makes a horrible noise and is very irritating, especially when closing the bathroom door.

Does anyone have any solutions please to stop it making noise?

In the short term a bead of silicon round the beads,In the long term it doesnt sound up to fire regs ,Others will add to this?

I guess complete removal and replacing with something else would make it comply with Fire Regs?
