Ford Focus Remote Key programming

Hi, I have like many people have in their time, lost my remote locking key for my 1999 Ford Focus. I went to the dealership and they wanted £160 for a new key.
I decided I can get it cheaper however I'm struggling, I can buy a key for around £20 and I can get it cut for around £70 (extortionate) but I'm unsure if its possible to programme it myself??

I only have the non remote spare key which has the blue chip in the top if this information helps??

Please can someone help me as I don't want to go back to the dealership with my tail between my legs.

timpsons may be able to cut the key?
they did for my 03 reg ford galaxy iirc it cost £7.50

try ebay for the remote fob and key blank,alas as you havnt got the pats chip you will have to buy 1 of those aswell,now this is what is going to cost you an arm and leg as this is what has to be programed to the pats system.
