Hi

I have an Edwardian house that in the majority retains its single glazed timber windows.
There are also a number of stained glass/leaded windows. Some windows are in good nick but there are some where the wood has rotted and/or lead failed.

Given their design they lose vast amounts of heat and don't offer much security.

My plan is to have them all replaced with double glazed timber units in the original style. For the stained glass ones I've come across something called 'future units'

Does anybody have any experience of these?

Many thanks
