gap between joists

I have fitted the timbers for a flat roof. The timbers run between 2 cavity walls and are supported on a wall plate fitted to the inner leaf of each cavity wall.
what should I do between the joists at the outer leaf ?
Do I have to infill with brick or can I use timber. The outer leaf is 60mm lower due to having no wall plate. Can I just put additional timber and a deeper upvc fascia or would this be a bodge ?
thanks for any advice

You can use timber or bricks/blocks

The cavity insulation should meet up with the roof insulation, and the facsia covers the roof edge and any gap

It's a matter of detail whether you add another course of brick or have a deeper fascia.
