Hi Guys,

Just a quick question, can I have a gas connection/outlet in the patio from the kitchen for BBQ or Patio heater ?

Is that legal, provided its iinstalled with an isolator valve from the inside of the kitchen ??

So if I ask an RGI about LEI1, he would understand it :)

But it is perfectly safe to install it ?

What sort of appliances can I attach to, do they have to be a special BBQ or Patio heater or the normal ones we use with bottled Butane are fine ?

No the appliance must be specifically for the use of natural gas. Not certain but a NG bbq would be fine but NOT appliances that use butane/propane.

Your installer will tell you what can/can't be attached and how

Thanks everyone, that is it for now. Will look for more advice when getting the appliances :)

Thanks,
Tomkin
