gen 5 celica wont start advice please

Was putting a new CD in my celica,the car will not start,I get dash lights can hear the fuel pump prime but nothing on the engine will not crank,Ihave a feeling imay have blown a fuse when I was fitting stereo,any advice on how to sort this,any Celica guys out there!!
1) battery is good
2) everything else works eg lights etc
It just seems to be the ignition last turn,

Is there any way you could have caused a short circuit when cutting or joining the wires to the CD player, do you think?
It sure sounds like a fuse issue.
Go through all of the fuses in the fuse box, and there could be others close to the battery itself.

A guy at work had a similar problem with an MX5, he had taken the carpet out then the car wouldn't start. It turned out there was a kill switch hidden behind the dash that he must've rubbed the carpet against or something. Have a good look around where you have been working just in case yours has something similar.
