I have an old house that has the rock, and glass embedded in a reddish stucco.
I plan on getting it painted and would like to know:
Is pressure washing the house good enough along with 30sec clean?
Plan on using Cloverdale Weather one exterior, is this good?
Does the stucco need to be primed first?
Should first coat be back rolled?
I am getting the downspouts and metal clad fascia painted as well, downspouts the same as the house, fascia the same as the window trim.
Should these use a primer?
The same paint as the house?
Down spouts first coat off of the house and the rest on the house?
I am doing all the prep work my self, long story behind that, but will use a pro to do the paint.
