Glowworm 30cxi diversion problem

Hi,

After moving into my first house I have noticed a slight issue with the combi boiler (glowworm 30cxi)

After discovering my rads would come on by them selfs without demand from myself or the timer I discovered this was due to the pre heat water mode (Eco)or whenever I turned a hot tap on the rads would get hot, what would be the cause of this issue? As its a pain as I have to turn my water off Eco and turn the heating to the off position in order stop the problem when I run a bath for example
