Glowworm Ultracom 30sxi F9 issue

Hi,
boiler is about a year old and is having a repeating F9 fault. Water pressure is fine and if I reset it works fine for a few hours / a few days and the stops with the F9 fault again !!

As Winter approaches any advice welcome.

If only a year old it should be under warranty, usually two year if you registered it and got it serviced.

Thanks. But any idea what may be wrong ? The guys who installed it made off on their horses in their 10 gallon hats without leaving a Corgi Cert (seems their registration cert was false !), so doubt the guarantee is worth anything !!

take the case off and get the serial number off the front panel.if its a year old glowworm will attend on warranty regardless of who fitted it.
