Green, Grassy & Wet

    Can anyone help me with this thanks.

    Got a green, Grassy wet stain on wall and ground. Is this serious. Can anything b done.

    whats causing the grey patch on the L shaped flag? summat dripping on it?

    Sorry yes there is..!!

    There is a small pipe above that's leaking and also water dripping from steam vent above. :mrgreen:

    well tell us what the thing is that's dripping, and show a photo.

    I'm guessing WC cistern, bathroom extractor, condensing boiler, leaking gutter.

    All the weeds near it are doing well, i suggest a high nitrogen supply :D I thought it maybe the water from the bath missing the hopper but wouldn't expect the weeds to like that.

    That stain is some concern, if it is condensate, then i suggest the weeds are ericatious lovers :LOL:

    Its from the pipe and Vent from the Boiler...!!!!

    do you have to keep topping up the pressure on your boiler regularly?
