Grundfos Home Booster Set - Pump not working

Hello all,

I live in a top floor flat and so have a Grundfos Home Booster Set for the water pressure.

The pump in it is a Grundfos CHi2-60. Which now isn't working. The display is showing the error message 'status S pump fault'.

I'm not massively keen on paying the extortionate Grundfos call-out charge, and I'm really struggling to get a plumber in to look at it - so any advice for what could be wrong, and what I can try to get it working again would be very much appreciated!

Note: hitting it has sadly failed to rectify the problem.

pump connections sometimes fail but there are a spare set in the controller.

Sadly not worked, but thanks. Where did you find that info sheet? Are there any more?

Give grundfos tech a call tomorrow they will be able to help 01525 825000

Have narrowed it down - the pump keeps sticking, which then blows the fuse. Worth paying a plumber to take it apart (could anything get into it?) or buy a new pump (£550!)?
