Hand batching 2m cubed....how long etc?

Won't bore you with details of the job( a raft 18ft by 12ft by 4") but if I got the materials(32 bags cement, 3T sand and 3T of 20mm gravel) how long would it take realistically to do 2m cubed just myself(fairly fit and strong enough...), and what size of mixer would speed up the process significantly(bigger than a 1/2 bag belle jobbie....)
A day or would I need 2 days and chuck in some retarder?

Would take me about 3hrs but I'd get someone on the mixer and you can focus on the laying then I've done that with small belle mixer, would rather bigger though. Often I've even had the mixer in the area to be conreted and mix n tip and move the mixer back as you go
