Hi,

I'm currently doing up my bathroom and so need a new shower. I have been told by a couple of suppliers that Hansgrohe are the best showers. Is that true?

I would like a recessed shower valve (e.g the hansgrohe iBox), but I am worried it will be really difficult to replace/fix if it goes wrong (the man in the shop tells me not to worry - as it's hansgrohe it won't go wrong!) Any thoughts on this - would I be better with a surface mounted shower?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Thanks

These are excellent quality products but like everything else things fail eventually.
I would recommend that the shower cartridge (the bit that mixes the hot and cold water) is accessible for replacement.
Mira and Aqualisa do quality stuff too.
John :)
