Hard wearing spray paint needed

don't really want to go down the power coat line but my roofrack needs a tidy up, is there any paint that will resist flaking and chipping up to a point obviously, my roofrack been welded back up but looks bad as it's started to rust , I know there's plastikote type but not sure it's any good

This is one of the best paints ive ever used on a car chassis, messy to use and impossible to get off hands (and hair) but one of, if not the best around.
