Has anyone help to set up time for my DVRCam?

I purchased a Coomatec DVRCam C808 but cannot set the correct time. The literature says to connect the unit to a PC but there is no way of doing that.
It appears that this is done via a USB plug which would normally go into the power adaptor but I live in the UK and was supplied with a hard-wired power adaptor which doesn't have the USB plug.
