Heat line vizo 24 combi boiler heating but no hot water

Would could the cause of the heating working but not the hot water on a heat line vizo 24 combi boiler? Guessing divertor valve, dhw flow switch or a sensor. Thanks for any help.

With no heating on and turning on a hot tap what noises does it make?
