Heating comes on even though clock says it's off

I have a Winchester greenstar 28i junior, and has been working fine until 2 days ago when I noticed heating was still on even though I turned it off by the Honeywell timer system on the wall, it has been continuously since and I have to turn every radiator off by valve on the radiator any suggestions thanks
