This pump is on my solar hot water system. It has 3 pump speeds. How do I calculate which speed it should be at?!

let the installer do it, or check the manufacture instructions
On Solar the slowest! you need a very low flow rate to maximise soalr performance there should be a Regulating valve in the system and flow meter to accurately set the flow rate on a small system this would be around 1.2 L/min your installer should have set this (if there is an installer!)
