So you need to tighten up 25mm, but still possible. Or its blocks laid flat for the first course.

Trying to cut 25mm of a concrete block is a bit of a chore. It's always best to try and adjust the height with thicker or thinner joints, or with a block flat or a tile to make up any difference.

If you are using a brickie, then he'll sort it. It's not a drama.
