Helios GBW 500 wiring diagrams?

Hi,

Doing a new restaurant job and the instruction for the fan and controller have gone walk about since i opened the box last week. i had a look when i had the books and matched the right diagram for the fan and controller as there are a lot of variations. wondering if someone can point me towards an online diagram or draw me one out if they know from memory!!

its a Helios GBW 500/4 T120 (single phase) fan and an MWS 10 controller. controller connections are easy enough. its just the fan end im struggling with.

I have pictures of the connections if needed.

Well.. its works but 1 is the fastest speed on the controller and 5 the slowest! surely not right? anyone had an issue like this before?
