Help! boiler outlet pipe leaking quite badly

Hi
I have a vokera Option boiler and the outlet pipe on the outside wall is leaking quite badly, does anybody have any advice on what the problem may be? I am currently on no pay maternity leave so money is tight to say the least and am trying to leave calling somebody to come and look as the last resort.

prv is passing probably due to overpressure check filling loop is closed
boiler pressure should be 1.2 COLD
possibly expansion vessell needs recharging replacing
