HELP - Boiler Problems - SIME Friendly Format 80e

Hi,

I've just had BG Homecare out cuz of no hot water and he's refurbished the diverter valve. Now hot water does work, but I'm convinced it isn't as hot as it used to be.

Also the heating is turned off but the rads still get hot when I have hot taps running for a while.

Does this sound like it still isn't perfect? I just want to have the correct info before I call them back, no point calling them if this is normal.

I was just thinking that half the heat is being wasted heating the rads and not hot water.

Valid thinking. Do call them back.
They may blame sludge sticking in the DV stopping it "sealing" though.
