Help for Dimplex living wall art fire

Hello

Does anyone know what could be the problem with my living art fire. The screen started blinking on and off it froze then went blank. When turned off for a while came back on again then froze. I bought a new card for it, it worked for a couple of hours then did the same thing again. Any ideas? it is 8 years old.
