Hi all, hoping someone can help as I am in a state of panic and woe!
Recently had a luxury bathroom fitted, looks fab, and over the last few days we have painted it a jasmine white , its looking great however....and here comes the awful bit.
Around the side of the bath and around the sink basin where the sealant has been placed I can't paint over it, so the raw plaster is showing through........
What can I do as I can't live with brown lines framing my bath and sink!
Help!!!
I realy need this sorting asap!
Thanks for any help given!

paint won`t adhere to sanitary sealant/silicone.......and I guess your expensive fitters don`t know that

Any ideas...........?
I could strip back the sealant and use a fine brush to piant a line then reseal?
How easy is it to reseal?
Should I make a complaint?!
Any ideas gratefully received!

I presume it is a clear sealant, not a white one which would hide the plaster and join?

If repainting, let the paint go fully hard before applying sealant, or it may come off.
