Help no hot water & cold water pressure very low!!!!

I got up this morning & nothing is coming out of any of the hot water taps!!! The cold water pressure is suddenly very low- just a trickle .
We recently moved to this house in the country and the water pressure was never high but nothing like this.
We have a combi oil boiler- don't know if thats got anything to do with it!

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Is there a burst pipe somewhere in your vicinity, perhaps, assuming that nothing is frozen?
It could be worth checking the neighbours supply. Low pressure into a combi means no HW out, often enough....but thankfully the central heating isn't affected.
