help please!

hi,
i'm aware that you shouldn't paint matt over silk but due to a tin switching mishap this has happened. to make matters worse, part of the wall is fresh plaster (skimmed).

both coats were 50-50 with water

anyone know how i fix this?

Rub it all down and give it a coat of Zinsser Coverstain.
