Help Required ...Sliding Patio Door Lock

Got a customer whos patio door doesn't lock, the black handle just moves freely up and down ( inside and out ) , guessing that the internals have gone, but I can't determine what lock it is. At time of survey I didn't have right screwdrivers on me to unscrew everything , and have the screwheads have been stripped anyway! Any Ideas , customer seems to think they may be Everest windows
