Help with a fish tank??

Im looking at getting a big fish tank, 6x2x2 and it will weigh around a ton once filled up. The building bit is coming I have a raised floor, there is a gap of about a foot below the joists, will the floor be likely to take the weight of the tank or would i end up with bowed floor boards or even a big hole in my living room when the tank goes through the boards??

That works out about the same as a bath with a fat bloke in it. So if the ground floor is like the first floor, it will be fine

You'll have to spread the load across joists though, not just floorboards
