high pressure Baxi 80E

Hi
I have got constant high pressure over 3 which i am having to drain off with the pressure relief valve. It is constantly dripping water can anybody help me out??

Disconnect filling loop. if symptons continue, replace plate heat exchanger.
Replace prv.

what he said, but firstly make sure the filling loop valves have not been left open....
