Hinges

A cupboard I have has eight of these hinges of which two are broken. I have never seen them on other furnature.

Anyone know where I can get them?

looks like a blum with ball end like finials, don't have clue where the can be purchased.
Might be an idea to take one out and show it to ironmonger/hardware shop.
