His and Hers sink unit waste system

Hi all!

Does anyone know if it is possible/sensible to combine the two waste outlets from twin vanity sinks into one central bottle trap?

I'm using counter top basins, so have room underneath for proper size drawers and would like to avoid having to make the drawers a daft shape to fit around the traps as I have done in the past.

Anything already exist out there to make this easy, or am I going to have to stitch something together from parts?

any suggestions welcome.

To my uncertain knowledge there's no dedicated system for twin vanity units basins. However, I'm sure McAlpine will have something that suits;

Easiest way, but expensive, is two 32mm Hepvo traps and knuckle adaptors.

These Durex traps are rubbish mate. They get clogged up are a time & sewer gases escape into the room, even worse when fitted horizontal.
Stick with McAlpine, quality Scottish product.......
