\I have just moved house where the previous owner took the remote (CM907)controller with him and I can't recover it The receiver is a R6660D and I would like to know if a CM927 would be compatible after rebinding

Many thanks

i would think they are switchable as all they are doing is recieving a signal and switching the boiler. buy one try it and if not take it back, open the box carefully.

I thought the programmer and receiver were 'twinned' in order to work together.

Also twinned to stop you controlling your neighbour's boiler and he yours!

I assume you mean the CM927; the CM907 is the wired version.

If he did not say on the Fixtures and Fittings list (which your solicitor should have given you) that he would be taking the remote with him he has no right to remove it. Get onto your solicitor and ask him to get it back. Explain that the remote and the relay are a pair: you need both for the system to work.

Hopefully the vendor hasn't skipped the country.

Your receiver is compatible. You need the CMS921B1042 Room Unit. You will have to bind the two together.
