Honeywell dt92e thermostat not firing boiler

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. My thermostat seems to have stopped working, heating stayed on all night last night despite being on timed. If you change settings to colder or hotter, nothing happens. Batteries in thermostat are new, whole heating system is only 18 months old. Tested connection to relay box and all seemed ok. Re-binded thermostat and relay but still no change. Programmer is Drayton lp522 any help would be much appreciated. Although I have heating am worried about running costs
