Is the Homexpert range of digital thermostats, which is made by Honeywell, just a rebrand/repackage of Honeywell's own stuff?

For example, is their [Homexpert] digital thermostat the same as their own brand dt90e? I cannot see any difference except in their model number and design ( look slighly different).
Can any one confirm this is the case and that they are essentially the same products?
