Honeywell Thermostat back to front control

Evening,

I had a Honeywell t6360 installed on Monday. I have noticed that when I turn the thermostat up, it turns the boiler off and when I turn the thermostat down it turns the boiler on. I am trying to get the installer back, but he is dragging his heels. I presume that all it will need is the wires swapped around.

This is the current wiring setup
Term 1 - Brown
Term 2 - Blue
Term 4 - Grey
Term 3 - Empty

Hope someone can assist, I have tried to search and don't particular want to screw this up.

Move the grey to terminal 3

I don't know how anyone can fook up a t6360 ffs.
