Is there anybody out there that can help me with my Hoover Vision HD Condenser Tumble dryer?
• The problem is that the water is not being collected into the tank; I have cleaned as much as I possibly can of the dust or whatever it's called off the machine.
• I tried blowing into the outlet pipe to see if it is blocked, I came up with some resistance. I presume there is some valve or something.
The water that is supposed to be collected into the tank is being forced out together with the hot air. Condensation is visible in the room, on the walls.
In other words this has all of a sudden become a Vented tumble dryer. Can someone shed some light on the subject Please?
