The door is held at the top with a latch at each corner. Lately when i'm closing it, one side doesn't reach the strike plate and i have to push low down on the door to close it. It's 1.5 years old btw. There are no apparent ways to make adjustments. The only thing i can do is fit shims at one side under the strike plate. Any other ideas?

I had a Hormann door fitted a couple of years ago it had a 10 year warranty (5 years on moving parts , springs cables etc).
Be worth giving them a bell to see if they will sort it.
