1. remove door seal band by levering/separating plastic locking clip gently forward.
2. remove rubber seal from around door aperature only
3. hold hinge back plate on the inside of machine with right hand while unscrewing metal hinge plate this will disconect the door plus hinge.
4. undo four screws on inside of door trim
5. gently lever forward plastic inside door trim until it unclips.
6. you now have access to white plastic door bearings ( this is what the metal hinge locates into on the 3 0clock position of the door) which are probably cracked and need replacing.
7. replace door bearings and new door hinge and reverse steps 1. to 5.
