Hotpoint Ultima WT721 (1200 SPIN) Excessive Vibration

Hi ,we have the above washing machine and just recently it has started to vibrate very badly when spinning, and this is also causing the display and all other lights to flash on and off whilst it does so.
Any advice would be helpful,could the springs suspending the drum req replacing or something adjusting?

Is it draining completely before the spin cycle starts?
If not you may have a partial blockage in the outlet pipework, any water left in the drum will cause vibration, and imbalance.

It looks to have drained ok,but will run a cycle without anything in and see what happens,cheers.
