I am replacing a kitchen and with it fitting a new cooker and hood, the old cooker was a 4 ring gas with a non functional hood but the new one is a ceramic all electric induction with hood. What is the best method of cutting a hole for the extractor unit? It is an outside wall to another property and will come out behind or just above a shed.
There will also be another extractor above the window / sink on an adjacent wall.

Some would hire a 100mm core bit and drill it out in one go.

We stitch drill a series of holes drawn around a piece of 110mm drain pipe, then remove the weakened masonry. It helps to drill a hole straight through the wall (both leaves) right in the centre of the intended vent, first.
