How to fix a Dusty Garage Floor?

Hi,

Our garage floor is flaky in places -
the sand/cement mix is coming off
and making the place dusty every
time the cars roll over it.

I have seen some vinyl floor coverings
for garages, (I am not sure how good
these are) is this something we could
just stick on top to cover it or should we
fix it some other way?

You get get rubber / PVC interlocking tiles which take a cars weight. Look good and easy to fit.
I've used jaymart ones a few times which are good.
