How to get Agree/Disagree Display up?

At my school each pupil now have individual login username and password. Each time a PC is logged into I'd like to display the school IT policy, with two pushbuttons -"I agree" and "I disagree" - displayed. If the user chooses "I disagree" the session ends and they are automatically logged out. I've seem a similar system in my local library. How do I set one up?

Pretty hard to answer with out knowing (much) more.

You can either use javascript or code something into php.

Eitherway it will be a conditional statement that sends clients in one of two directions
